We like to be flexible where possible with our rates and so do not have a fixed rate card. Contact us with the clearance needed for your project and we can come back to you with our best rates.

Our pricing structure is dependent on the type of project. For editorial projects, we work to a per-second rate with a 30-second minimum which can be aggregated across multiple clips.

For premium footage we generally have a separate minimum per film.

For dramas, adverts and promos we work on a per-shot rate (5-10 second continuous cut taken from one clip).

The majority of our footage is standard rated. On our site, premium footage is flagged on the clip info under the License field. If you download clips from the site or are sent clips by our research team, premium footage will be flagged in the clip names. Please contact us for more info on our premium rates.

Yes, in order to use our footage in your project you will require a licence agreement. This will be sent once the project has been processed and payment has been received.

We work on commercial projects only and do not licence for personal use. We cannot provide any footage free of charge.

Currently you are not able to download master footage direct from the site. Please get in touch for an order form and on receipt of payment we will send the master footage to you for download. We can turnaround orders for high res footage same day.

A master is clean (ie without watermark, timecode or unique ID), high res file that is edited into your final project

Clip Reference denotes the whole film that the clip is taken from. Unique ID designates the exact clip and its timecodes. When placing an order you can provide either the Unique ID or the Clip Reference using our master order form available on request.

Generally, we can turn around research requests and master orders on the same day.

Yes, in order to release master files we require payment upfront for the licence. We generally do not charge a mastering fee.

We accept payment via wire transfer or we can take card payments via Stripe (includes card transaction fee).

Generally we do not charge a mastering fee, we only charge for the licence. There are a very small number of clips that may have a mastering fee and these are marked - Transfer Fee -.in the clip name.

Not all our footage can be used in adverts but in some cases we may be able to provide indemnification for an additional fee.
